For the past twenty years Fannie Farkle's has become famous for homeade, footlong corn dogs. The corn dogs were named "OGLE DOGS" after Mr. Tom Ogle who is one of the local Pioneers of Gatlinburg. People come from "near and far" just to have an "OGLE DOG"!

A secret recipe is used and the entire process is done before your very eyes right on the premises. The kitchen is located in the front of our Shop and you can watch OGLE DOGS being made from behind a glass window while you wait to taste the one you ordered! Yes, they are approximately a foot long! Any smaller than that, and you'd only have to order a second one. They're THAT GOOD! They are even wraped up to go in custom "OGLE DOG" bags.

All drinks are Coca Cola products and lemonade served in two sizes of souvenir cups with the Fannie Farkle logo on the front! They also serve HAWAIIAN SHAVED ICE in over 12 flavors, Cotton Candy packaged in "Fannie Farkle's" bags, and last, but not least, Famous Sausage Subs made with Smoked Sausage and served with sauteed peppers and onions! The aromas from the sausages while they are cooking is something to behold. Your taste buds start to water, as you pass by and smell them on the grill! Bottled water, hot coffee and cappuccino is also available!
