The Smoky Mountain Brewery is housed in a heavily timbered room that has been described as a cross between a ski lodge and a Bavarian beer hall. It features an enclosed deck which overlooks Calhoun's Village with the Smoky Mountains in the background.

Our Brewery Wet Wings are breaded in seasoned flour, fried crisp then tossed in our
sweet and spicy Thunder Road sauce. Appetizer menu items include hot soft pretzels, Asian spring rolls, spinach artichoke dip, buffalo shrimp. Other items are sandwiches, salads, burgers, and sides. Entrees are BBQ ribs, chicken, and steaks. The Brewery serves excellent pizza and other Italian selections.
