Still following Aunt Mahalia's old fashioned recipes, candy makers make each confection by hand, in small batches, so you get only candies made the original Aunt Mahalia, Smoky Mountain way. Our candy makers are proud of their creations and like to show off their workmanship for you in our glass enclosed kitchens.
